Workshop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and allocate a team of mechanics within the company workshop and various project sites.
• Diagnose hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Supervise daily workshop activities and assign specific tasks to mechanics.
• Monitor all completed work to ensure it meets technical standards and quality requirements.
• Implement and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Prepare job cards and detailed job reports, and maintain all maintenance-related records.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of total professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in a Workshop Supervisor role.
• Proven experience in the maintenance of heavy equipment, as well as light and heavy vehicles.
• Valid UAE driving license (manual license is preferred).
• Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
