Workshop Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and mechanics
• Plan and coordinate workshop activities, repairs, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Manage workshop resources, tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
• Monitor productivity and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support water and wastewater treatment projects through effective workshop operations
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate service, maintenance, and inspection records
• Collaborate with operational and project teams to meet business objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a workshop supervisor or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance practices
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Experience in water, wastewater, or industrial environments preferred
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
