Workshop Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers regarding their automotive needs
• Coordinate maintenance operations and mechanical interventions with the workshop team
• Manage the workshop schedule and transmit intervention sheets to collaborators
• Prepare quotes, repair orders, invoicing, and handle payments
• Monitor parts inventory and place specific orders as needed
• Manage the administration and availability of courtesy vehicles

Requirements

• Qualification ranging from CAP to BAC +3 in automotive mechanics or commercial training
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar workshop reception role
• Strong technical knowledge of the automotive industry
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Excellent sense of service and team spirit
