Workshop Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform adjustment, assembly, and disassembly of body panels, doors, hoods, and trunks to ensure perfect factory alignment.
• Execute basic bodywork repairs and replacement of exterior parts damaged during transport or storage.
• Conduct preventive maintenance by checking exterior seals and trim to ensure compliance with safety and aerodynamic specifications.
• Identify and correct assembly anomalies using specific workshop tools to maintain high surface quality standards.
• Provide occasional support for basic mechanical maintenance and vehicle tuning as required by operations.

Requirements

• CFGM (Vocational Training) in Bodywork, Vehicle Electromechanics, or a similar field.
• Junior profile with experience in body shops, panel mounting, or PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) centers.
• Proficiency in using workshop tools and basic knowledge of automotive mechanics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to automotive aesthetic and safety standards.
• Valid Category B driving license for moving vehicles within the facility.
