About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide disciplinary and technical leadership for a team of 7 employees
- Manage repair order processing and provide technical support to customers
- Ensure process execution complies with occupational safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Manage workshop operations according to targets (revenue, labor time, inventory) through personnel planning and workload monitoring
- Report directly to the Operations Manager
Requirements
- Completed training as a Kfz-Mechaniker or equivalent Kfz-Meister qualification
- Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Proficiency with documentation systems such as WIS or EPC
- Experience with Navision is desirable
- Strong teamwork, customer orientation, and independent working style
