About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the global activity of the workshop, managing teams and overseeing the development of new collections from prototyping to production.
- Pilot the development of new models, including prototype creation, assembly testing, and technical solution validation.
- Standardize processes and formalize industrial tools, including the design of production means such as molds, templates, and dies.
- Organize and plan daily workshop activities based on team skills and workload.
- Guarantee the application of best practices and quality standards, particularly for repair products.
- Define and manage the workshop training plan to develop team skills and versatility.
- Act as a technical liaison with manufacturing workshops in Spain to integrate and develop industrial expertise.
- Collaborate closely with Collection, Design, Production, and After-Sales Service teams to ensure aesthetic and functional excellence.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury or high-end industry.
- Expertise in leather goods manufacturing, assembly, and finished product realization.
- Mastery of CAD tools (Mozart or AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of workshop machinery, including use and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack.
- Fluent in French.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience as a factory development specialist.
