Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a workshop equipped with state-of-the-art technology
• Ensure smooth daily operations and achieve successful business results
• Support the team with tasks such as repair intake and creating cost estimates
• Control executed works and serve as a trusted contact for customers regarding warranty issues
• Mentor and train apprentices through to completion
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process

Requirements

• Master craftsman certification (Meisterprüfung) in agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, automotive, or a comparable technical trade
• Previous experience in workshop management is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Understanding of economic contexts
• Ability to work independently and motivate a team
• Strong customer orientation and a hands-on mentality
