Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance, upkeep, and repair of rental equipment (air compressors, generators, chilled water units, etc.)
• Guarantee the technical compliance, safety, and presentation of rental materials
• Perform fault diagnostics and on-site repairs when necessary
• Plan workshop and fleet team activities, managing intervention priorities
• Supervise subcontractor interventions and repairs
• Manage workshop documentation including revision checklists, equipment files, and intervention reports
• Handle administrative tasks such as quotes, supplier purchase orders, and budget optimization
• Coordinate periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with clients

Requirements

• Background in electromechanics or industrial equipment maintenance
• Proven experience in a similar industrial environment
• Rigorous and organized approach to work
• Ability to travel regionally and participate in on-call rotations
• Strong sense of service and teamwork
• Electrical and chemical certifications are a plus
