Responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance, repair, and technical compliance of rental equipment
• Manage workshop organization, planning, and team activity
• Perform fault diagnostics and on-site repairs when necessary
• Supervise interventions and repairs carried out by subcontractors
• Manage workshop budget by establishing quotes and optimizing supplier purchases
• Plan periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with clients
• Maintain up-to-date workshop documentation including revision checklists and intervention reports
• Monitor work progress against set objectives

Requirements

• Training in industrial equipment maintenance or construction/agricultural machinery maintenance
• Professional experience in mechanics
• Proven experience in a similar environment
• Rigorous and organized approach
• Strong sense of service and ability to work in a team
