Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the workshop and fleet team by planning activities and managing intervention priorities
• Train the workshop team and propose necessary training sessions
• Manage workshop operations including quotes, supplier purchase orders, and budget optimization
• Control the conformity of received parts and services
• Plan and follow up on periodic maintenance and regulatory inspections with clients
• Maintain workshop activity documents such as revision checklists, equipment files, and intervention reports
• Manage the stock of parts and consumables
• Ensure equipment maintenance, repairs, and fault diagnostics
• Perform on-site troubleshooting when necessary
• Monitor repairs carried out by subcontractors

Requirements

• Technical training (BEP, BAC Pro, or BTS) in industrial maintenance or construction/agricultural machinery maintenance
• Professional experience in mechanics
• Proven experience with construction equipment (BTP)
• Rigorous and organized approach
• Strong sense of service and ability to work in a team
