About the role

Responsibilities

  • Animate and organize the team of mechanics
  • Manage administrative tasks including quotes, intervention slips, and follow-ups
  • Ensure maintenance and repair of equipment on-site, managing priorities based on rental needs
  • Guarantee customer service quality regarding breakdowns, equipment damage, and dispute resolution
  • Manage subcontractors for repairs and painting
  • Oversee files, spare parts stock, and procurement
  • Manage workshop tools and intervention vehicles
  • Ensure compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage

Requirements

  • Strong technical level in construction machinery mechanics
  • Ability to organize and coordinate workshop activity
  • Administrative management skills for intervention and repair follow-ups
  • Knowledge of construction equipment (BTP)
