Workshop Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the good condition of rental equipment (technical, safety, presentation)
• Lead a team of technicians and train new employees
• Manage the workshop including administrative tasks and maintenance budget
• Ensure workshop safety and enforce company rules
• Optimize supply and parts management for the workshop
• Guarantee the smooth operation and productivity of the workshop

Requirements

• Technical training in industrial maintenance or electrotechnics
• Significant experience with lifting, public works, or agricultural equipment
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Autonomous and rigorous work ethic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
