About the Company

Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical condition, safety, and presentation of rental equipment
• Lead and animate a team of technicians and train new employees
• Manage workshop operations including administrative tasks and maintenance budgets
• Ensure workshop safety and enforce company rules
• Optimize parts supply and inventory management
• Guarantee workshop productivity and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Technical training in industrial maintenance or electrotechnics
• Significant experience with lifting, earthmoving, or agricultural machinery
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Strong autonomy and rigor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
