About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead approximately 30 employees in a workshop equipped with modern technology
- Ensure smooth daily operations and drive successful business results
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customers regarding workshop matters
- Support the team with daily tasks such as repair intake and sales of premium technical products
- Mentor and train apprentices through to their graduation
Requirements
- Completed Master Craftsman (Meister) certification in agricultural machinery mechatronics
- Previous experience in workshop management is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Understanding of economic and business relationships
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Strong customer orientation and leadership skills
