Workshop Manager, Agricultural Technology

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of a workshop team in commercial and technical areas
• Ensuring smooth daily operations
• Serving as the primary contact for customers regarding workshop matters
• Providing operational support to the workshop team
• Leading and mentoring apprentices through to graduation

Requirements

• Completed Master Craftsman (Meister) certification in agricultural machinery mechatronics or a comparable field
• Interest in agricultural technology and farming
• Initial leadership experience in a workshop is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of economic/numerical contexts
• Strong motivation for employee leadership and motivation
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Confident demeanor and strong customer orientation
