About the role
Responsibilities
- Technical leadership of a workshop team in commercial and technical areas
- Ensuring smooth daily operations
- Serving as the primary contact for customers regarding workshop matters
- Providing operational support to the workshop team
- Leading and mentoring apprentices through to completion of their training
Requirements
- Completed Master Craftsman (Meister) certification in agricultural machinery mechatronics or a comparable field
- Interest in agricultural technology and farming
- Initial leadership experience in a workshop setting is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of economic/numerical contexts
- Strong motivation for employee leadership and motivation
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Confident demeanor and strong customer orientation
