Workshop Manager Agricultural Technology

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of a workshop team in both commercial and technical areas
• Ensuring smooth daily operations
• Serving as the primary contact for customers regarding workshop matters
• Providing operational support to the workshop team
• Leading and mentoring apprentices through to completion of their training

Requirements

• Completed Master Craftsman (Meister) certification in agricultural machinery mechatronics or a comparable field
• Strong interest in agricultural technology and farming
• Previous leadership experience in a workshop setting is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of economic/numerical contexts
• Motivation for employee leadership and team development
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Confident demeanor and strong customer orientation
