About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage manufacturing contributions to Industrial QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management
- Define and validate supply chain processes and oversee quality plan validation
- Prepare manufacturing planning, including workload, staffing, training, and resource allocation
- Track SQCD performance and drive continuous improvement through KPIs
- Lead issue management by raising concerns in MES and animating corrective actions (e.g., QRQC)
- Assess and address EHS risks and conduct ergonomics analysis
- Manage the industrial process hand-over from PME to manufacturing
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and workshop management
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety protocols, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and foster collaboration
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to implement corrective actions
- Proficiency in supply chain processes and industrial QCD management
- Ability to manage resources, including staffing, training, and skill development
- Commitment to occupational safety and compliance with corporate policies
