Workshop Forklift Mechanic/Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services
• Record notes and file service records appropriately
• Provide high level customer service to solve material handling needs
• Maintain up to date technical knowledge including automation and telematics
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and services
• Partner with the company to maximize additional sales and service

• Ability to perform scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks
