Workshop Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, installation, servicing, and maintenance of medical products within the workshop
• Provide field service support when required
• Act as the Local Calibration Coordinator
• Ensure all activities comply with established procedures and the quality management system framework
• Accurately document and report all service activities to maintain up-to-date service records
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal team members and customers
• Comply with all Environmental Management System (EMS) and Health & Safety requirements

Requirements

• Basic understanding of electronics
• Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail regarding documentation and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• ONC/HNC in Electronics or an equivalent qualification (ideally in medical instrumentation or electromechanics)
• Previous experience in a similar technical service or workshop role
