About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and manufacture mechanical components, metal molds, and dies according to production requirements
- Monitor and supervise daily workshop operations to ensure smooth workflows
- Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to support manufacturing needs
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production & Mechanical Design)
- 0–1 year of experience in designing and manufacturing molds, dies, and mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
