About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the workshop, including the procurement of materials
- Plan, prepare, and implement projects
- Control stock and manage inventory of materials and tools
- Manage staff and assign work tasks
- Present workshops and provide training to staff
- Coordinate and prepare daily tasks
Requirements
- Completed National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12)
- Background in training is advantageous
- Strong practical skills in woodworking and metalworking
- Good knowledge of hand tools and their professional use
- Ability to manage a team and facilitate effective training
- Ability to offer high-quality workshops and create outstanding guest experiences
