Workshop Administrator/Indoor Spare Parts Salesperson

Responsibilities

• Sell spare parts to customers and act as a competent advisor to agricultural businesses
• Independently process repair orders and create customer quotes
• Manage and review warranty and goodwill cases professionally
• Responsible for managing and monitoring spare parts inventory
• Support and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Technical or commercial vocational training, ideally with a connection to agricultural technology
• Experience in spare parts sales within the agricultural technology industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and reliably
