About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell spare parts to customers and provide expert advice to agricultural businesses
- Independently process repair orders and create customer quotes
- Manage and review warranty and goodwill claims
- Oversee and maintain spare parts warehouse inventory
- Support marketing activities through market and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Technical or commercial vocational training
- Ideally a connection to agriculture
- Experience in spare parts sales within the agricultural machinery industry is a plus
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong customer orientation and independent working style
