Responsibilities

• Own Sydney's workplace technology end-to-end, including hardware, AV, and physical-security infrastructure
• Manage the local hardware lifecycle, provisioning, repairs, and site technology spend
• Oversee office buildouts by program-managing physical systems like cameras, access control, and cabling

Requirements

• 6+ years in IT, workplace technology, AV, or technical operations
• Experience running on-site technical buildouts and managing vendors
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Sydney

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AV/conferencing at scale (Neat, Zoom Rooms)
• Knowledge of physical-security infrastructure (Verkada) and office networking (Meraki)
• Proficiency in macOS provisioning (Jamf, Apple Business Manager)
