Workplace Technology Lead

Responsibilities

• Own London's workplace technology end-to-end, managing the day-to-day experience for staff and guests
• Lead the Workplace Technology Staff and manage the local hardware lifecycle, including provisioning, stock, and repairs
• Run the technology side of new-hire onboarding, including device staging and account provisioning
• Own the AV and conferencing estate, including meeting rooms, all-hands, and event AV
• Program-manage physical systems during office buildouts, such as cameras, badge/access-control, and structured cabling
• Oversee site technology spend, forecasting with Finance and managing AV and IT vendors
• Resolve local requests through the shared service desk following established SLAs

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT, workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations
• Proven experience running on-site buildouts end-to-end
• Strong program management skills with ability to manage vendors, timelines, and budgets
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in London
• Experience managing people or readiness to build and lead a local team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AV and conferencing at scale (e.g., Neat, Zoom Rooms)
• Technical program management of physical installs, including low-voltage cabling
• Knowledge of physical-security infrastructure like Verkada (badge/access-control and CCTV)
• Understanding of office network fundamentals, specifically Meraki
• Experience with macOS provisioning using Jamf or Apple Business Manager
• Proficiency with ITSM/service-desk platforms and AI-assisted automation
• Familiarity with 1Password
