Workplace Technology Lead

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. We provide an AI-native workspace that allows legal professionals to analyze thousands of documents in minutes, powering end-to-end workflows for over 1,000 customers across 50+ countries.

Responsibilities

• Own Stockholm's workplace technology end to end, managing the day-to-day experience for staff and guests.
• Lead the technology side of new-hire onboarding, including device staging and account provisioning.
• Own the AV and conferencing estate, including meeting rooms, all-hands, and event AV.
• Program-manage physical systems during office buildouts, such as cameras, badge/access-control, and structured cabling.
• Manage the local hardware lifecycle, including provisioning, stock, repairs, and returns.
• Resolve local requests through the shared service desk according to established SLAs.
• Oversee site technology spend, including AV, hardware, and IT/AV vendors, in coordination with Finance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT, workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations.
• Proven experience running on-site buildouts end to end.
• Strong program management skills with experience scoping fit-outs and managing vendors/budgets.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Stockholm.
• Experience managing people or a desire to build and lead a team as the site scales.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AV and conferencing at scale (e.g., Neat, Zoom Rooms).
• Technical program management of physical installs, including low-voltage cabling.
• Knowledge of physical-security infrastructure like Verkada.
• Understanding of office network fundamentals (e.g., Meraki).
• Experience with macOS provisioning using Jamf or Apple Business Manager.
• Familiarity with ITSM/service-desk platforms and AI-assisted automation.
