Workplace Technology Lead

Responsibilities

• Own New York's workplace technology end to end, including the day-to-day experience for staff and guests
• Lead the Workplace Technology Staff and manage the local hardware lifecycle
• Run technology side of new-hire onboarding, including device staging and account provisioning
• Own the AV and conferencing estate, including meeting rooms and event AV
• Program-manage physical systems during office buildouts, such as cameras, access control, and cabling
• Oversee site technology spend, forecasting with Finance and managing vendors
• Resolve local requests through the shared service desk

Requirements

• 6+ years in IT, workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations
• Experience running on-site buildouts end to end
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in New York
• Strong program management skills for scoping fit-outs and managing vendors
• Experience managing budgets and forecasting spend

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AV and conferencing at scale (Neat, Zoom Rooms)
• Technical program management of physical installs and low-voltage cabling
• Experience with physical-security infrastructure (Verkada, badge/access-control)
• Knowledge of office network fundamentals (Meraki)
• Proficiency in macOS provisioning (Jamf, Apple Business Manager)
• Experience with ITSM/service-desk platforms
• Familiarity with Neat, Zoom, Meraki, Verkada, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, and 1Password
