About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer workplace technology platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Okta, and enterprise print solutions.
- Manage endpoint and mobile device lifecycles using Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles, application deployment, and patching.
- Oversee identity and access management via Okta and Entra ID (Azure AD) to maintain secure authentication and user lifecycle workflows.
- Maintain the operational health of Meraki networks and enterprise print solutions across corporate and remote environments.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical incidents and requests.
- Create and enforce technical standards, operational procedures, and knowledge base documentation.
- Partner with IT leadership to evaluate new tools and contribute to the digital workplace roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in workplace technology, end-user computing, or systems administration.
- Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Okta, and Meraki networks.
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks under pressure.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing or enforcing device, identity, or collaboration standards.
- Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft 365, Endpoint, Identity, or Security).
- Experience working within an ITIL service management framework (ServiceNow preferred).
