Responsibilities

• Own Profound’s real estate portfolio across NYC, SF, Buenos Aires, and London, including lease terms, renewals, and negotiations
• Translate headcount plans into space requirements and coordinate with designers and contractors for buildouts
• Maintain office standards for food service, cleanliness, AV, and amenities
• Define and evolve physical culture and manage in-office programming and events
• Build repeatable playbooks for opening new offices, including compliance and vendor onboarding
• Manage office budgets and work with Finance and Legal on expenses and compliance

Requirements

• Passion for real estate, lease structures, and space economics
• High agency and ability to execute without constant management
• Operationally excellent with strong attention to detail
• Ability to context-switch between analytical lease negotiations and culture-building events
• Strong instincts regarding how physical space, layout, and amenities affect performance
• Background in real estate finance, investment banking, or private equity is a plus
