Workplace Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, managing entry/exit procedures and security sign-ins
• Maintain a tidy and presentable office environment and meeting rooms
• Oversee office supplies, snack areas, and lunch coordination via Thuisbezorgd
• Support the EMEA Workplace Experience Manager with administrative tasks and office attendance reporting
• Assist in planning and setting up internal events, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations
• Help onboard new staff members to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition
• Maintain relationships with Building Management and escalate requests as needed
• Support health and safety compliance within the office

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or office support role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with office tools including Slack, G-Suite, calendars, and spreadsheets
• A positive, professional, and proactive "can-do" attitude

• Ability to take initiative and spot needs before they are assigned
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
