Workplace Services & Experience – APAC Lead

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for Workplace Services and Experience across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the wider APAC region
• Build, mentor, and motivate a multi-office team spanning Operations, Food, and Front of House
• Act as the primary conduit between APAC teams and London/New York counterparts to ensure global alignment
• Lead regional vendor strategy, including sourcing and managing third-party providers for catering and cleaning
• Support the build-out and opening of new APAC office spaces in partnership with Engineering and IT teams
• Own regional workplace services budgets and utilize financial data for operational decision-making
• Champion company culture to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and employees
• Proactively resolve workplace issues and shape the evolution of regional operations

Requirements

• Significant experience leading workplace services, hospitality, or office management across multiple sites or markets
• Proven track record in people management, including leading through other managers
• Strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn vision into operational reality
• Strong financial acumen and experience building strategic vendor partnerships
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a hospitality mindset
• Ability to thrive in a flat, fast-moving environment with high ambiguity
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the APAC market and an existing network of hospitality/workplace professionals
• Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
