About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming office deliveries and packages
- Serve as the primary point of contact with building management to coordinate maintenance requests
- Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of office meetings, events, and employee gatherings
- Process and track invoices for office operations, supplies, and retail-related expenses
- Monitor office inventory levels and manage the ordering of office supplies and pantry items
- Ensure the office remains well-stocked, organized, and operational to support daily business needs
