Workplace Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the SoHo office, welcoming guests and leading local onboarding.
• Manage day-to-day workplace logistics including cleaning, maintenance, security, and shipping.
• Own vendor relationships, from contract negotiations to performance management.
• Partner with building management to maintain facilities and manage space planning, floor plans, and seating charts.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, such as AI hackathons, team offsites, and all-hands meetings.
• Drive team culture through curated food/beverage programs, social rituals, and office perks.
• Maintain clear SOPs and workplace documentation to ensure a seamless experience as the team grows.

Requirements

• Based in New York with the ability to be in the office 5 days a week.
• Strong operational expertise in managing the day-to-day running of a high-visibility office.
• Experience acting as the primary point of contact for building management and coordinating with vendors.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and legal partners.
• Experience in event planning and executing office-wide social or professional gatherings.
• A proactive, forward-thinking approach with the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
