About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including opening/closing procedures and building access
- Coordinate with cleaners and trades to maintain a safe, hygienic, and well-maintained workspace
- Support workplace health and safety compliance
- Manage procurement and stock levels for office, kitchen, and stationery supplies
- Handle incoming mail, parcels, and company merchandise stock management
- Resolve workplace help desk requests using JIRA
Requirements
- Strong background in customer service (retail, hospitality, or front-of-house)
- Proactive problem-solver capable of resolving issues in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented approach to maintaining a functional and organized office
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying boxes and supplies
- Valid right to work in Australia
