About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain office cleanliness and presentation across all areas, including desks, meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces
- Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines and checklists
- Monitor and manage stock levels for kitchen supplies, bathroom items, cleaning products, and stationery
- Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries while managing storage areas
- Set up and reset meeting rooms, ensuring proper furniture layout and basic AV readiness
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal events, including catering coordination and logistics
- Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Office Manager
- Support small office moves and layout changes by moving light furniture and signage
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, office support, or facilities roles
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining an organized environment
- Strong reliability and effective time management skills
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to remain on your feet for most of the day and move light furniture or supplies
