Workplace Occupancy Planner

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate occupancy, seat assignment, and space utilization data across multiple campus buildings
• Manage office and workstation inventory, vacancy tracking, and seating allocations
• Lead the coordination and execution of individual, team, and large-scale campus moves
• Develop detailed move plans, sequencing strategies, schedules, and communication plans
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, and Facilities to align move logistics and readiness activities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding workplace changes
• Conduct regular space audits to ensure data accuracy and adherence to workplace standards
• Identify opportunities to improve occupancy planning processes and move coordination workflows

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in occupancy planning, workplace operations, or facilities coordination
• Experience supporting large-scale employee moves, renovations, or workplace transformations
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting across all organizational levels
• Proficiency in using workplace occupancy and space planning systems
• Experience with CAD-based planning tools like CADapult is preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to regularly walk the campus to support onsite operational coordination activities
