Workplace Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Workplace Service operations including janitorial services and FF&E maintenance
• Manage Health & Safety vendor compliance and local response procedures
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, trades, and furniture deliveries
• Manage suppliers, contracts, purchase orders, and payments
• Maintain relationships with Landlord and Property Management teams
• Manage internal ticketing systems and ensure SLAs are met
• Oversee space management, floorplans, and office snack/beverage programs
• Support Workplace Services Project Management on design/build projects
• Coordinate special events

Requirements

• Professional experience in real estate, workplace services, facilities, or property management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with work order ticketing, project management, and space management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Monday.com)
• Financial acumen for budgeting operational and capital expenses
• Basic understanding of office systems (HVAC, Lighting, Electrical, plumbing)
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and lift up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• IFMA qualification
• OSHA Safety training or equivalent
• Corporate office construction project experience
• Experience in creative industries such as video games, film, or music
• Valid Driver's License and possession of a car
