Workplace Manager

Responsibilities

• Own local workplace projects including office openings, fit-outs, moves, expansions, and improvements
• Lead and coordinate the local project ecosystem including project managers, brokers, architects, and vendors
• Oversee the full workplace service ecosystem including facilities, maintenance, cleaning, reception, and catering
• Ensure reliable Hard FM operations and technical infrastructure
• Oversee Soft FM services with a hospitality lens
• Manage the London/UK workplace budget, including forecasting and cost control
• Build, lead, coach, and develop the workplace service team
• Plan and execute internal office events to support culture and engagement
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or hospitality-led services
• Proven experience managing workplace operations in large offices or multiple locations
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and vendors
• Solid knowledge of Hard FM, Soft FM, and security operations
• Experience managing operational budgets and KPI tracking
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality-driven, premium corporate environments
• Experience supporting office growth or flagship openings
• Experience in tech or hypergrowth companies
• Familiarity with facility management systems, Slack, and Microsoft 365
• Degree in facility management, hospitality management, business administration, or engineering
