Workplace Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a modern workplace experience that aligns with company culture and hospitality standards
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, including Hard FM (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and Soft FM services
• Manage physical security, workplace safety, and compliance with local regulations and Civil Defense
• Own vendor and contract management, including negotiating SLAs, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Manage workplace budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and identify cost-optimization opportunities
• Oversee travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and visitors
• Lead sustainability and green initiatives to reduce environmental impact
• Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Finance to support employee engagement and internal events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
• 6-8 years of experience in facilities, workplace, or operations management
• Proven experience in project and vendor management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
