Workplace Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the New York office to ensure smooth functionality and high-quality employee experience
• Manage relationships with landlords, building management, and third-party vendors including janitorial and facilities
• Support office changes and space planning while managing the New York workplace budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests to ensure a professional welcome
• Own the workplace onboarding experience for New York new hires, including workspace setup
• Plan and execute New York-based employee events and programs to drive engagement
• Manage daily meal and snack programming and associated vendor performance
• Design and implement scalable workplace policies, documentation, and operational workflows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building-related issues and emergencies

Requirements

• 5+ years in workplace, facilities, or office operations roles
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations
• Demonstrated experience owning day-to-day office operations and supporting expansion
• Strong background in facilities oversight and budget management
• Proven ability to partner with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
