Workplace Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workplace operations for the San Francisco office to ensure high service standards
• Partner with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams to support onboarding and headcount planning
• Lead relationships with landlords, building management, and third-party vendors
• Manage and develop Workplace Coordinators supporting the San Francisco site
• Support office expansions and space planning initiatives
• Manage the San Francisco workplace budget and optimize operational costs
• Oversee end-to-end visitor experience and front-of-house operations
• Plan and execute employee events and workplace programs
• Manage food and beverage programming, including daily meals and snack programs
• Design and implement scalable workplace policies and operational workflows
• Act as the primary point of contact for building-related emergencies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or office operations
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations
• Proven experience owning day-to-day office operations and expansion initiatives
• Strong vendor management and facilities oversight experience
• Experience managing budgets and operational efficiency
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Finance
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills
