About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Support the planning and execution of workplace events, including logistics and vendor coordination
- Deliver a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives and day-to-day support
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and workspace preparation for new hires
- Support office projects such as furniture updates and small-scale remodels
- Manage relationships with workplace vendors to ensure service quality
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in workplace coordination or office operations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with visitor management systems
- Experience in a fast-growing tech environment
- Event planning experience
- Exposure to budget tracking or vendor spend management
- Manufacturing industry experience
