About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workplace operations for the San Francisco office to ensure high service standards
- Partner with People, IT, Security, and Finance teams to support onboarding and headcount planning
- Lead relationships with landlords, building management, and third-party vendors
- Manage and develop Workplace Coordinators supporting the San Francisco site
- Support office expansions and space planning initiatives
- Manage the San Francisco workplace budget and optimize operational costs
- Oversee end-to-end visitor experience and front-of-house operations
- Plan and execute employee events and workplace programs
- Manage food and beverage programming, including daily meals and snack programs
- Design and implement scalable workplace policies and operational workflows
- Act as the primary point of contact for building-related emergencies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, or office operations
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations
- Proven experience owning day-to-day office operations and expansion initiatives
- Strong vendor management and facilities oversight experience
- Experience managing budgets and operational efficiency
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Finance
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
