Workplace Host - Back of House

Responsibilities

• Prepare event and meeting spaces, including AV and furniture setup and pack down
• Reset and stock meeting rooms and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Greet guests, clean event spaces, and clear tables
• Coordinate menu requests with the commercial catering team
• Support the catering team with general operational tasks
• Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for guests and internal event attendees
• Maintain event and meeting spaces to serve as a corporate showcase for visitors

Requirements

• Strong experience in hospitality (food & beverage or banquet) or customer service
• Physical capability to move heavy items and practice safe handling
• Basic food and beverage service skills, including greeting and clearing
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Professional C-suite engagement skills
• Ability to multitask and manage stakeholder relationships
• Strong time management and ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to provide a clear National Police Check
