Workplace Health Manager

Responsibilities

• Run the facility ergonomics program using NIOSH, RULA, and REBA methodologies
• Drive workstation redesigns to reduce musculoskeletal disorder risk
• Plan and oversee industrial hygiene testing for noise, chemical vapors, and dusts
• Interpret exposure results against OSHA PELs, NIOSH RELs, and ACGIH TLVs
• Administer PPE hazard assessments and respiratory protection programs, including fit testing
• Manage industrial hygiene budgets and third-party labs or consultants
• Develop occupational health specialists assigned to the program
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering on line balancing and rotation schedules
• Report ergonomic ROI metrics to plant leadership

Requirements

• Experience running job hazard analysis and ergonomics programs (NIOSH, RULA, or REBA)
• Experience designing and executing industrial hygiene sampling plans (noise dosimetry, air sampling)
• Technical background in industrial hygiene, occupational health, or related science/engineering
• Experience managing occupational health specialists or IH program vendors/budgets
• Experience administering respiratory protection and PPE programs in manufacturing
• Experience working with industrial engineers on line balancing or rotation schedules
• Ability to track improvement projects to ROI and report to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
• Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) or equivalent
• Workers' compensation claims management experience
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 management systems
