Workplace Generalist

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace environment
• Own day-to-day workplace operations and implement improvements to enhance the employee experience
• Manage the workplace ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
• Coordinate office repairs, maintenance, and vendor partnerships
• Support and manage onsite programs including food, snack, and beverage services
• Oversee office supply inventory, restocking, and ordering for shared spaces
• Support space planning, furniture moves, and layout updates
• Assist with internal events, offsite coordination, and health & safety protocols

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or office management
• Experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment
• Proven experience managing vendors and day-to-day facilities operations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to stay composed in high-demand environments
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Event Management experience
• Project Management experience
• CPR/AED Certification
