Workplace Experience Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership of the Reception and Workplace Experience Ambassador teams
• Create personalized and memorable experiences for clients and visitors
• Foster a culture of hospitality and provide coaching to the team
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for PTO and emergencies
• Track and record requests in the ticketing system and maintain reporting metrics
• Perform daily walkthroughs to observe team performance and identify process improvements
• Lead daily team meetings and conduct annual performance evaluations
• Assist with the development and execution of training materials
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and confidentiality of client information

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in a high-end hospitality environment (e.g., luxury hotels or fine dining)
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred
• Experience in a client-facing role within legal or financial industries preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
