Workplace Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage food, beverage, and kitchen vendor operations including inventory and cost tracking
• Coordinate onsite meetings, events, happy hours, and catering logistics
• Provide front desk support and virtual reception management
• Oversee building amenities including parking, garage access, and gym access
• Manage restroom vendor services and supply replenishment
• Handle employee badging, onboarding, and offboarding data
• Assist with space planning, workstation setup, and facilities procurement
• Support inbound and outbound shipping and receiving via FedEx and UPS
• Manage workplace accommodations and ensure OSHA and ADA compliance
• Triage workplace requests using JIRA

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in workplace coordination or facility management
• Experience managing workplace amenity programs and vendors
• Proven track record in corporate event coordination and logistics
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and basic AI knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of international shipping via FedEx and UPS
• Ability to work onsite in Oakland, CA, 5 days a week
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience designing programs focused on corporate culture and employee engagement
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
