Workplace Experience Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage food, beverage, and kitchen vendor operations including inventory and cost tracking
• Coordinate onsite meetings, events, catering, and internal communications
• Provide front desk support and virtual reception management
• Oversee building amenities including parking, garage access, and gym access
• Manage restroom vendor services and supply inventory
• Handle employee badging, onboarding, and offboarding data
• Assist with space planning, workstation setup, and facilities procurement
• Support shipping, receiving, and international mail logistics
• Manage workplace accommodations and ensure OSHA and ADA compliance
• Maintain health and safety supplies and emergency preparedness plans
• Triage workplace requests via JIRA

Requirements

• 2+ years in workplace, facility coordination, or workplace experience roles
• Experience managing workplace amenity programs and vendors
• Experience in corporate event coordination and logistics
• Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office tools
• Basic knowledge of AI
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with FedEx and UPS shipping and receiving
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Oakland, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing or implementing corporate culture and employee engagement programs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to use data/metrics for process improvement
